Replace the schema metadata for table id with the provided key-value pairs.

REST NAMESPACE ONLY REST namespace uses a direct object (map of string to string) as both request and response body instead of the wrapped UpdateTableSchemaMetadataRequest and UpdateTableSchemaMetadataResponse.
